More polishing and fixes

We fixed a few small probs in the app including
- an error that sometimes occurred when changing themes
- multiple submissions in Safari: now fixed
- disabled buttons problems in Safari: fixed
- update/error messages: these always appear on screen and can no longer get scrolled out of view
Also we’ve received a LOT of requests for the ability to print the whole TODO list page, so we’re looking into this now.
